Howzit chaps!

I've been having a few issues with my radiator fan, mainly the fact that it doesn't go on when the engine is warmed up. Yesterday morning while stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic, the heat gauge climbed all the way up into the red and I had to pull over and let the engine cool down.

Managed to check the fan itself and when connected directly to a battery, it spins no problem. So it made me think of the Relay. Checked the relays, but i can't wrap my head around it (I'm not the most experienced with cars yet).

So I have 2 questions:
1. What does the relay look like?
and 2. Does anybody maybe have a part number?

Thanks in advance!
